It took too long. I was told it would take 15 minutes,
but it took two hours.

I have dealt with Dan several times in regards to service with my 2017 Ford Explorer Platinum. He has always been professional, courteous and prompt when it comes to handling my service needs.
They had my truck for two and a half weeks to replace my transmission. Apparently my truck was sitting outside the whole time, because they returned it to me filthy dirty on the outside. For $4,500.00 in service, it would have been more professional to wash it before giving it back to me. I was embarrassed to drive it that filthy.
