The guy did a great job, but was looking for a courtesy wash atleast if anything to show you guys go the extra miles for your consumers

From the day I brought my car in to be serviced it felt like my issue was a big inconvenience because I didn’t have an appointment. Even though my transmission broke as a poor design flaw from ford, I was made to think my issue was less important because I didn’t have an appointment made. It took over two weeks to get my car diagnosed. Bill would tell me one date, and then I would have to call to get a status update only to find out it hadn’t been worked on by the date Bill promised. All the while I was having to pay for my own rental car as no rentals or loaners were provided to me. My transmission was fixed, and covered under my warranty. There were 5 codes pulled in the diagnostic, and 3 of them were related to my transmission, which should have been covered under my warranty. However, because two were not related to the transmission, and I chose not to have work done on them at this time because it was more than I can afford, I had to pay the entire diagnostic fee of $132! I expressed my dissatisfaction with this to Bill, but he was very rude and said there is no way I cannot pay for the whole diagnostic. This should have been covered (at least a portion of it) under my warranty, but I felt as if they wanted to make some money off of me because I declined to further service my car with them. Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve had with a ford dealership, and with a Ford Fiesta, I’ve had to take it to a few dealers for service. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

Dan is great to work with, however, this experience was not ideal. I was told the service/repairs would take about 1.5 hours to complete. I had to take time off work to accommodate the service. After 2.5 hours, I returned and my truck appeared to be complete but no one had called me to tell me it was "finished". I had a tire replaced but the spare tire was left in the truck bed, not back under the vehicle. They had to use my tools to put the tire back. The windshield wipers were not replaced as I was told they would be. After another 45 minutes they ended up finishing these two things. The service ended up taking longer than I thought and 2 things were initially left undone.
