Brought my car in and was told it would be done that day.. no one even called me to let me know they needed it over night. Screwed me over. When I called to see if I could pick it up I was told Mark was not in and would be in first thing in the morning. I called in the morning THEN I was told Mark wouldn’t be in at all that day. I ended up having to pay 130$ for them to tell me to bring it back to another place to get it fixed. Poor service will not be coming back. Sorry to say.

I brought he car in for an oil change and asked them to update my navigation with uconnect. I was there from 1pm until 4:30. After 2 hours of waiting I asked if there was a problem. They finally said that they were having a problem installing the update. If I didn't ask, I don't know how long it would have taken before they would have told me that there was a problem.
