Ann Marold was amazing.Great customer service. I was disappointed that they charged me not only $29 for an air filter ( that was ok) but $10 to put it in… unheard of… and a $4.00 disposal fee??? Get outta here with that. That was cruel. Also I’m not sure they rotated my tires. No complaints or accusations except my front rims are always dirty and they were still dirty on the front after the service. Backs are always clean. Can you explain that? Lastly, no sheet was provided for point inspection and fluid fill which is nice to see what was checked. All in all not a great experiece. When you buy a car somewhere you do expect better from them…….

Engine light is still on. My husband was told the gas cap was loose. No one checked it because if they had they would have found that it is missing!!!!
