I was asked while there to have my tires balanced while there and it wasn’t done. I now have to make another appointment to get my tires balanced. So frustrating. The employees were very friendly and kind just didn’t do what asked to get done.

Ann was very nice & helpful. Beyond that: I found the employees to be condescending, rude, and unhelpful during my visit today. It was an absolutely miserable experience that makes me regret ever having purchased vehicles from your dealership. I would be eager to talk to anyone who values Crowleys customer service about the myriad issues was forced to deal with today.

I went for an oil change and tire rotation and Ann told me it needed a new cabin filter she came up to me a few minutes later and said they had to go to the other Crowley for the part would I mind waiting I said no. After I got home I noticed it was not done and there was a recommendation, To have it done soon. I called 3 times in the past 24 hours and have not received. A call back. I really hope the old filter was put back on . I am not happy. This is not the first time I have had issues here.
