I wasn't completely satisfied with service, because one service was not fulfilled. But the service that was attended to was good.

Supervisor Robert Erickson was excellent. Great follow up, very professional. Was able to find a needed part locally and got the van fixed in a timely manner.

I had a 9:30am appointment on Saturday for an oil change, tire rotation, and to check two things wrong with my vehicle and was told my car would be ready for pickup at 1pm. I dropped it off on Friday night. When I picked up my car I was told it's all good and nothing was wrong so I said the guy just called and said he ordered a part and then my husband didn't get all of what he said about the second issue. After standing around waiting to speak with a tech for 15 minutes... I was told they listened to the sound the it was making while using the heat but they have never heard it before and didn't have time to check it out further so I had to schedule a second appointment to bring it back. Apparently the shop was short a guy and they didn't look at the problems in my vehicle until 1pm. I feel like the whole process was completely unorganized, and that because my car is on warranty and they know I'll come back I was pushed to the side and that likely they worked on non warranty cars first as they may go somewhere else if their service experience was like mine. I'm very disappointed as the car only has 5k on it, I bought it from your dealership at the same time that I bought another used car from your dealership for $15k. If service continues like this I will go elsewhere to purchase new cars.
