Yaritza and the whole Crowley team are great! Jim Burns personally came out to the waiting room to introduce himself, discuss my vehicle and give me his contact info. It was also nice catching up with Mark Antonetti who has always been great to deal with.

I understand there are delays...but communication is key. I was there for new tires and had an appointment. He told me that he would have me in and out in just a few. Our terms of that differ. I sat in the waiting room with the times lights turning off due to lack of motion for over 2 1/2 hours. Not once did he come in to give an update it was like I was forgotten. When I did go and As the cashier for an update she told me they where finishing up. 30 minutes after that Josh came in to say I could pay and they would bring my car around. I paid and went outside to wait....once I got cold I went back into the bays to get wait again. This is a rare occasion as service usually communicates in this occasion there was none. The way the staff treats each customer matters and this team failed Crowley.

My satisfaction with Robert Ericksen is fine. He is always kind to me. My satisfaction with Crowley isn't. From the time I bought my jeep (my car would not start the second day I bought it) to current date, I have had nothing but fixes or recalls for the past 3 years. I have been religious about my maintenance but was never told when I was due for 30,000 mile maintenance. EVER. I was told that this latest problem could have been avoided if I did those checks. I am not well versed in cars but I understand the importance of proper routine checks and repairs/maintenance. Had Crowley (like Subaru for my husband) been more concerned about routine reminders/alerts vs trying to get me to trade in my car, I would not have been in this situation. Every recommendation that has been brought to my attention, I acted on. I even replaced my engine mounts based upon recommendations from my last visit and they weren't even affecting the quality of my drive. I am disappointed that every time I came in for oil changes/tires, etc it was never mentioned to me to do maintenance related to mileage. Feel free to check my extensive records. I believe I will now have to sell my car and look elsewhere as I have had only trouble with my jeep. Todays visit was a very expensive waste of time! I should have gone with my gut and not waste 400.00 dollars. I will now take the additional new cost of $1700 and look for another brand and dealership. Hugely disappointed. I remember a mechanic seeing my Jeep the first time I bought it and he shouted from his entrance to return it ASAP. That it was full of problems/bad car as he worked on them daily for different dealerships. HE. WAS. RIGHT. As someone who works in the quality control area for a corporation much larger than Crowley...I am truly disappointed as this could have been avoided and satisfaction had. Again. My problem is not with Robert Ericksen to be clear. I am sure he is following protocol. I would be truly surprised if anyone actually reads this.... Naima C

I don’t like how they push add on jobs to the jobs you want them to do. I went in for an oil change and a 4wd service. They wanted me to do a brake fluid flush and change the air filter and cabin air filter. First off there’s no reason to change those two filters because they were just changed in the spring time. Then to charge 75 dollars to put those two 10 dollar filters in is just insane. I did the brake fluid flush just because this is the 2nd time they tried to get me to do it. I hate when they push stuff on you, just do the job asked to do and that’s it
