When I was there I inquired about incorporating the spare tire into the rotation of the tires. They did not on this first rotation the of tires. In my opinion it would make more sense to add the spare in the first rotation ,so there is even wear and tear. If you wait for the next rotation then there will be more wear on the tires while the spare will still be on the new tread. Thank you for listening.

Never a pleasant experience at Crowley. Told today that I need to do a $300 4x4 service that’s supposed to be done every 30,000 miles (due to the fluids being pretty close to black). I’ve only had the car for 4 months and put on 5,000 miles. Shouldn’t this have been done before I purchased the car at 36,000 miles? Sounds like this should have been done as part of the servicing prior to delivery to me. (Also, I never worked with a Yaritza, so I’m not sure why that name is on this survey)

Mark was excellent as usual. Service rep was also very helpful. While the problem was not resolved I left feeling that nothing was horribly wrong and the truck was safe. I was encour5aged to bring it back when the problem i was hearing became less intermittent and more pronounced. -Mike D

The repair was great and I am satisfied with the work done. However, someone who drove my vehicle MUST have seen the tire pressure light on the dash lit up between the time my car was worked on and the time I came in to pay for the repair. For $1700 I think someone could have made sure the tires were inflated properly before I drove away. All 4 tires were between 20 and 25 lbs of pressure. Good repair but not 100 percent.
