Jim was extremely rude, when I got into my jeep the coolant level was extremely low , and was not bleed out during service, I rendered the service area to have to wait over ten mins until someone could be bothered to ask me was was wrong only to have Jim give me a attitude and ask me why would I bother bring my jeep there if I wasn’t happy with the service, I have purchased more then 10 vehicals from the Crowley auto group, and I guess since my jeep is in my personal name and not my company name I guess I get second hand service rather than someone who purchases 3 trucks a year from your ford dearship, because of Jim I will take my business else where

Had a message from the on-board computer in the car that said a problem with the air suspension contact dealer immediately. Contacted dealer and they got us in within three days and gave me loaner car.
