I brought my car in for an oil change a few days ago and shortly after that, parts fell off of the bottom of my car. I brought it to the staff’s attention today and showed them the parts and they said that they would take care of it, it definitely was because of the oil change. Then my car was put on a lift and there were scratches on the bottom of it, and suddenly it was my fault that these pieces fell off and I had to purchase a $200 part to fix it. If the cause of the parts falling off was from a collision, why was I not informed of this after my oil change when someone would have seen the bottom of my car and the condition of these parts? Your service man was trying to sell me on spending close to $1,000 on other work for my car, so why wouldn’t he include these things in his list money makers? I’m horribly unhappy with this service and the way the story changed so quickly today. I was considering trading my car in with your company and getting a new one, but now I think that I will be taking my business elsewhere. Two employees tell me that the parts fell off due to an oil change, and then suddenly it’s not your company’s problem but my own? No thank you. That doesn’t make sense to me.

Not unsatisfied yet just concerned. Had all fluids changed at 76.5k. Was told at 81.5k that rear diff fluid looks dirty. Crowley does a redo of the fluid change for free to make sure it was done. At this oil change at 88k I am told,and yet again, the rear diff fluid looks dirty. Something stinks. Would like to know what is up. ****-****-xxxx. Thanks.

Drivers Mike and Steve were great... I was expecting a check list of inspected items...did not get... For example brake wear.tread wear, etc
