I was satisfied with the service but when I looked at my car it looks like someone ran into it leaving a mark on the finish under the gas lid. I tool a picture but didn’t have time to go back inside and tell the service man because I would have been late for work. The only other thing that I was a bit concerned about is the loaner car had two incidents when I was driving it were the cars transmission was reveling up to the point I had to pull over. The tachometer was winding up to almost the red line so once I pulled over both times, and shifted into neutral until the rpms went to zero I then put it back into drive and it was okay. I reported it to the service man. It scared me more than anything because I thought the engine was going to blow! I never complain but thought you should be aware.

Was told to pick up my car and that it was ready when in fact it still needed to go back to the body shop and now it’s a confusing mess. I even asked multiple times when I arrived to pick up the car and they insisted it was complete.

I have left a note with my keys about what I have tried and they decided to call me back and tell me i need a PCM. I already replaced the PCM and it didnt help. He told me I needed the ASD relay in for it to work but I didn't have the relay in since I bought the vehicle....there is something else wrong with my jeep and they decided it's the PCM but they would prob change it and say I have 2 problems and want to dig in further to find the main problem. My PCM is good because I just tried a new one and the same problem was there. I feel like the $200 it cost me for them to diagnose a problem should have never happened. I am very well aware of wiring and I had already figured out the the computer was not sending a signal to the alternator, so therefore I changed the PCM, But surprise, it didnt fix it. There is a problem further down in the harness. I dont even feel like I should be paying 2 hours as I already had the whole harness torn apart for them when i brought it in and i told them what I have tried....im disappointed in the service and I will never bring my jeep back or recommend this place to anyone that has electrical issues.
