I feel that before vehicles are moved out of the service area that the service technician should let a customer know about any issues with that vehicle. In doing so if any issue need immediate attention they can address it without bringing your vehicle back into the service area.

Robert Erickson was a very pleasant and friendly person, even seeing him work with other customers, he was very reasonable and understanding. He, along with all of the other Employees that had helped me in my recent visit were all smiling, welcoming and nice. Great customer service all around. I am always satisfied and will forever be returning to Crowley Dodge because of all my past visits. Thank you team Crowley!

A 2 1/2 hour wait when your the 4 th car in the door in the morning us unacceptable. No explanation was provided. Others came and went and j sat and sat. Then the bill presented was $40.00 over quoted price. Yes it was fixed but no explanations were provided. I don’t just want solutions I want reason why what happened? Something I did or should have find differently? Did an employee make an error. Errors happen I understand that. I just happen to want why’s in additions to solutions. Again a 2 1/2 hour wait is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABKE. and nit contact during the wait time was made.

josh was the best service writer i have ever dealt with. he explained everything was spot on quoting price of service, and it took less time than he told me. if i lived in Connecticut. i would diffentlyvbring my ram to josh for all my service.

As what seems to be a trend for me, being on the road 40,000 a year with my mini vans over the past 20 years, Crowley service team is second to none! They always seem to diognose and repair where others failed. I am so appreciative of the ease of service and always making me feel important.
