I had a good experience today with Jim. Shuttle service was prompt and my service was done in a reasonable time frame.

3months before when I got my last oil changed i notice no one checked my coolant level it was under the max level I let it go because I did not have the time to come back . Yesterday I got my oil changed it and it took 1 hour and a half to do it after that I get my car I open the hood to check my coolant level for my surprised it was way under the minimum mark I spoke to the guy that gave me the keys and he took it back to get it filled until the max mark then I got to work and late afternoon when I tried to star my car it didn’t star the battery was under the 11 volts then I jumper star my car and I went home And check the paperwork from the morning oil change according to you guys I got my 16 or 21 points inspection and the liquids were mark as green and the battery was green too so in conclusion if you were doing the right inspection how come I end up telling you guys my coolant was low level and I couldn’t Star my car that night my battery was check green and on my car mark 11 something and all day I was driving my car in and out without any problem and it wasn’t because I let lights on or doors open before this time every time I got service my car from Crowley I got no complaints but yesterday makes me wonder DO YOU REALLY CHECKED MY CAR OR JUST OIL CHANGE? Did I mention that my car is only 1/12 years old hoping to hear from you att miguel ramirez

I was less than satisfied with my experiences with Crowley until I had the opportunity to deal with your service department. I got A+ service to say the least . Usually having to get service on your vehicle isn’t something you look forward to but in this case I guess I won’t mind getting service done. Anybody asks me you guys have the best service department. Thanks for the excellent experience

Vehicle am radio is not fixed and also had antifreeze smoking and pouring our entire ride from Bristol to Watertown. Unsure if there is another coolant issue since I haven’t used vehicle since driving it home from dealer on Sunday. Service Rep. Rob was not helpful and rude to my husband when we went back inside while picking vehicle up, to tell him radio still wasn’t working. He told us he wasn’t “there” since it was a Sunday and to call him again next Thursday. I will not be calling him again, trust me.
