I’ve been trying to set up my last appointment for quite some time now. It took many phone calls to work out the details. I needed to get a lot of work done all in one day because I live far away and keep a very tight schedule. My goal was to achieve 3 things. 1) 30k Mile service 2) add remote start to my car 3) fix warranty issue with clear coat shield on bumper and hood. When I called to set it up I was assured that my 7:30am service on a Monday would leave enough time for all this work to be done. At the end of the day, the service was done, remote start installed, but the clear shield was left half completed. Now I need to come back to have the job finished. Also, not once while ordering my part for remote start OR when setting up my service appointment was I ever instructed to bring all my keys to be reprogrammed. Seems like something that should be mentioned. Now I have to spend another full day driving 70miles to Vancouver to complete the job that was bid for 1 day. The assembly around my front dome lights was not reinstalled properly but went back into place easily when I pushed it back together.
Good stuff: Carson is very nice and handled everything professionally. The “rental car” was comped. Coffee was surprisingly good. Communication throughout service was good.
Hindsight: I probably shouldn’t have expected it to all be done in one day. I knew it was pushing it but I was assured that the work could be done. This scenario is unlikely to ever arise again so I’m not sour on **** Hannah.
I’m a customer service manager by profession. I’m not writing this to complain. I’m hoping someone like me is on the receiving end of this message and can find something of value in my experience. Feedback is important if you want to keep people happy. Keep up the good work, ya’ll.
Thanks for putting in a warranty for the windshield wipers when you realized the incorrect models were put on in the mileage checkin in November.

For the price of the maintenance, it would be nice to have the car vacuumed out. I understand the car wash was closed due to cold temperatures but a quick vacuum would’ve made all the difference and make me feel better about the cost of maintenve thru the dealership.
Nothing but great service and standing by the the product since I became a Subaru owner a year ago.
