Right after I left my oil change appointment I noticed that one of my fog lights is burnt out. My car only has 8600 miles on it I would have thought that they would have noticed a burnt-out bulb during an oil change.

My service rep (Fred?) was great! He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to hear my concerns. He even showed me how to check my air filter. The wait was little longer than I expected, but he was a professional throughout the entire experience. Based on his professionalism I will be coming back.

My car is now flashing the cruise control light, the check engine light is on, and one other light is on. I called the service line the lady said someone would call me back but no one did. I really have not ever had a good time at this dealership or service center. Not a fan **** not a fan.
