Frank was great however this was the longest I have had to wait for any service there. 2 hours to swap out 4 tires seems a little lengthy considering the longest I’ve had to wait for an oil change/fluid check/car wash has been 1 hour.

Andrew is great and is very helpful. He even loaned me a phone charger while I waited. It was not his fault that I would have had to wait one hour for my car to be washed. There was only one guy to do it and perhaps he was on lunch break. It's great you offer the car wash service. Since you asked about my satisfaction with the service, that's the only thing I wish had been done that wasn't - so can't say "yes" to being satisfied with the service. I didn't want to wait an hour or drive all the way back. Andrew is always helpful. Thank you for normally offering the car wash service.
