They did try to fix the issue I am having with my voice-activated hands free calling system. I was told it did work for several of the technicians but it still does not work for me.

I had trouble with my Outback starting, on a couple of occurrences, ,and suspected the Subaru battery that I had, so, I took the car in to get it checked out. It's a 2014, so the battery was about 4 years old, so I thought there might be some value left from the 6 or 7 year battery life stated on the battery itself. When the bill was presented, it was for $132.21 for the battery, and $22.45 to replace the old one, which Frank had replace for us when the old one had a cracked cell. I checked with our local Costco, and the recommended battery for a 2014 Outback was about $75. Chris said that Costco batteries weren't that good, although I have used them in our other vehicles with no problem. Very disappointed with the price, I should have asked, " How much?" before I told them, " Do it." There WAS a 10% military discount, of $15.47, which helped, and it said , "Loyalty discount applied", but it didn't say where, or how much. I usually go through Frank, at the service desk, but he was busy . I DO know where NOT to go for a battery replacement. There was not even a car wash, after all that, so I took it to the 99th St car wash to get it done. The last time I was in, for an oil change,(last month) the washer had broken downs no wash then, either. Like I said, " disappointing". Your "loyal" customer, L.K. BLAIR.

Except the technician did not put a new oil change sticker on the windshield. I will need a follow up service to have a part installed that is on order and I will have the sticker installed then.
