Zach was excellent overall. However, I need the windshield sticker that tells me the mileage for my next service (the old sticker was left on instead). Could you mail it to me, or at least tell me the mileage? Thank you.

I bought my car at DHSubaru, so I was unable to get a military discount because I got a loyalty discount. But if I had bought my car someplace else, I could have got a military discount. I don't think that's right, just because I bought 2 cars from DHS, no military discount. If you have a military discount, it should apply to your loyal customers also. By the way, since 2004, I have bought 7 vehicles from **** Hannah dealers, I guess I'm too loyal so no military discount for me. I would appreciate a reply as to the reason behind this policy. As you can tell, I'm not real happy about this.

Zach is a trustworthy service associate. He tells you what is needed for a repair and does not try to upsell you for incidentals. He has coordinated my last two visits and has made the “believe in nice” a reality.

Quick service to replace low beam head light. I didn’t have an appointment but the service representative quickly got me in and out. The techs checked all the other lights and everything was good.

Zac is great. The fact that my almost new $38k+ 2018 Subaru Outback has an intermittent leak in the cab, has started to intermittently die for no reason, and the collision avoidance system keeps going off because it thinks that dips in the road and other objects are hazards when I'm driving is off putting...to speak mildly. especially since the service department can't find the issues.
