Was told no car washes but would wash window and vacuum front floor board! While I was sitting in the waiting room I heard another customer ask if they could wash his car and they said no problem! Really strange. Otherwise everything was ok but do miss the car wash

My Start Stop battery in my Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid died. Zack recommended I call Subaru of America to see what could be done to reduce the $900 for a new one. My car is 4 years old, serviced exclusively at Hannah and the dealership I bought it in Texas. Subaru made a good will gesture to reduce the cost by $750 and Zack took car of it today, July 9th. Well Done and greatly appreciated.

I thought the car would be washed on the first service or maybe I got it wrong but that was what some one told me! Inexpensive oil change was great but a little confused as to what happens next at 12 thousand miles as receipts were complex!~
