Chris was fine. However, as no definitive reason was provided as to why a just purchased car would not start, my faith in the dependability of my new car is a zero. I had my lights set to Auto and have not had electronics running without the engine engaged...so why did the car not start. Again, I’m concerned I’ll get stuck again.

Yes. Barbara was very professional, warm and helpful. I look forward to having her assist me in the future with my Subaru’s service needs. Was told light bulbs needed replaced for the brakes, after Inwent home to replace them it turned out the brake switch was not engaging at the brake p dal.

I was completely satisfied. Very punctual and polite service. I was told ahead of time how much it would was going to cost and Chris clearly follows best practice for customer service. You would do well to continue employing fine, upstanding young men like Chris.
