My car sadly was not washed or vacuumed out. Since I spent over $200 on yesterday’s service, I would have hoped to have been granted that service.
Good communication from Chris on what was being done and time it would take.
He remembered my name and was very prompt and courteous.
It seems like my car sat under a tree and there are droplets of sap all over it.
It also seems an oil change could have been done while servicing a car I have had for less than a year.
Great service... as usual.

Easy in and out, great explanation of what was scheduled and could be done now instead of waiting another 1000 miles. Not sure what happened with the messaging system, it was recorded as STOP when I asked a question. Thank you for great service!

I was told my oil was good. Check engine light came on the next day. Took it in to you guys and found that there were no leaks. Apparently the oil was not checked because there was no oil in my car. Also was told that I would a quote on repairs. It’s been 4 days and I have yet to get a quote.
Not going through this again.Thanks anyway.
