The initial offer of a free AC system check was a little misleading. The total cost of the repair considering there is no major components failed seemed a little high. The air conditioning system seems to be working well at this time. I am pleased with your ability to get the vehicle in Timely and repaired on the same day.
Barbara was great, no complaints with her. I was less than thrilled with the waiting area - far too small for the number of clients and discussions with the service reps was done publically in front of all those waiting. I've had a lot of cars in my life but have never needed to discuss car issues, cost and questions in a public area like that. I'll return because of the good service Barbara gave and the friendliness of everyone but will dread waiting in that area.

Zach was great, work done was great, but when I picked up the car one of my front lights was burned out. It wasn’t when I dropped it off and I didn’t know that’s what the light sensor meant, I just thought they left the headlights on while detailing. When I got home and checked sure enough light out. Not a big deal, I’m not saying they broke it or anything and they were great and replaced an out brake like just not 100% satisfied since I’ll now have to go back to have that done, but I was already going to come back for a bumper guard, I just have to do it sooner now. I’d say I’m 99% satisfied. No need to call me, I’m going to call tomorrow to set up to go back for the guard anyway.
