Andrew was the only person in the service department to call me back even one time after five separate calls, over the course of two weeks, to find out if our wheels and rims had arrived. He was apologetic after our ordered items had been in stock for over a week and accommodating to schedule our installation the same day when multiple others had failed to notify us of the items being in stock or return one of my inquiries.

Everything is always good there except for the amount of time I've always had to wait. Even when I make an appointment. It's very frustrating as it seems to defeat the point of an appointment.

It took about 2 hours for an oil change and caused me to be late to a piano lesson I was teaching. It would be helpful to get an estimated time of service so I know for sure if I have time.

The car was not washed satisfactorily. I pointed this out and it was washed again, but was still very dirty under the roof bar down the left side. Thus makes me concerned about attention to detail in the rest of the service.

2.5 hours is too long to buy a car when you provide the stock number, have cash, and have already agreed to the price on the internet. Process needs to be faster. All dealers are same, but that is just too long, I was drained by the time we left.
