Was not told it would take 2 hours to check out the cars battery. Battery went dead after having the car radio on for only 15 mins. It took 45 min to do a check that normally would take less than 3 mins. I opted out for any continued battery service checks. This situation will make me think twice before I return to DHS.
chris did a great job! got my oil change done, wiper inserts too. and my touch screen diagnosed. all within the 1.5 hours he estimated. very happy with the service i received on saturday. thanks!

The hesitation at slowing and making turns did begin later today when I was with out a service tech to observe. I wish someone had told that this could potentially be an issue.
I came with concerns, left completely satisfied.
Kept the car for a couple of hours, but made sure that it was done before the end of the day, a Saturday!
I bought my car at gresham Subaru and had always brought my car there for service I had become so unhappy with them I thought I would give Divk Hanna a go. I love you all Chris is the service person I usually have helping me he is awesome. I now bring my daughters car in to Divk Hanna because of the great service. Chris is always so helpful and greets you with a big smile and kind words. He is a keeper
