I asked about exterior paint protection and interior protection (as I received a mailer saying I would receive those things in return for having all of my maintenance done at **** Hannah). I was denied those things and offered only the 10% discount and complimentary car wash (which I would have been much better off doing myself). Car was soaking wet and still dirty when I got it back. Not worth the trouble or higher price.

Stacie was awesome! She was quick and effecient while still being nice and helpful. She even double checked to make sure my window washing fluid was topped off and added more just in case. It was a very pleasant experience overall.

Voiding my Tires for Life contract for allegedly not having required maintenance performed. No one can tell me what service I didn't have performed. I've been in fort service 6 times in the last 12 months. Tons of services were requested and performed but there is no record of telling me about a 90000 mile service. I specifically chose this dealership, 15 miles from my house for tires for Life and have no reasonable explanation for voiding my eligibility. Shameful.
