I am satisfied with your service and communication but the repair I was hoping we could fix is still not fixed. I once again dumped more money into assessing the rattle in my car, which was found to be brake caliper pins needing replacement. I was excited to drive it home hoping that it would be quiet over the rougher pavement finally and it's exactly the same as when I brought it in. I don't know it it was tested on the correct roads but even the automall drive road in front of the Subaru store caused the rattle like usual. I did see a technicians note, that mentioned the calipers themselves may be rattling and could be replaced but they functioned ok. I suppose I could live with this rattle all the time but if that's the case, I wouldn't have spent another 160 doallars to have it be the same. I hope that someone would be able to understand this. The rest of the repairs seem fine and I am happy with, just frustrated with the results or lack there of.

It's a long drive to Vancouver for me but the staff has always been extremely helpful and accommodating. Today's service went very well.
