you guys did the job okay. As far as I can tell. But the receipt I received said you vacuumed, which you did not do, and clean my car, would you also did not do. but I appreciate your taking care of the recall.
I was a terrible customer. I was late for my appointment, I brought back my courtesy vehicle without filling the gas, I left my phone charger in the courtesy car and made one of the staff walk out in the pouring rain to retrieve it, and I also asked a favor by using my courtesy vehicle to transport my dog. However, Andrew and everyone else that I interacted with were extremely accommodating, understanding, and provided excellent customer service. Also, Andrew quoted that my service would cost over $700, but it ended up being less than $600. Even though I live in South Portland, I will continue to bring my vehicle to **** Hannah Subaru for anything car related. I'm a customer for life! Thanks, Andrew for going above and beyond. You really made my day.
