Carson and the team at **** Hannah are the only people I trust with my car. I've had issues with other car shops and it's just not worth giving my car to someone who doesn't know Subaru inside and out. I'll keep coming here for anything I need!

Stacie was very attentive and friendly. Had a very good positive vibe and made us feel comfortable, so comfortable I would come back to only this **** Hanna for services. She is also as very understanding of the situation I am going through and promised she would do to her best ability to figure out a solution for the question I asked about my account. Overall this by far has been the best experience I’ve had here at **** Hanna Subaru and it’s all because of Stacie’s attentiveness, positive energy and her drive to make the customer feel like they weren’t just a customer but a valued customer.

Carson went above and beyond when the service tech neglected to fully address the issues with my car. He was prompt in his response, professional and personable and I highly recommend Vancouver Subaru because of this. After being a customer at the Portland Subaru dealership for a long time and experiencing sub par customer service I’m relieved to find that quality customer service actually does still exist and I don’t mind driving an extra 20mins for it.

Frank was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. He was prompt in getting me information and keeping me updated. Annoying part? Which had nothing to do with Frank...the annoying amount of emails , text and phone calls confirming my upcoming appointment. Totally a waste of time and beyond time consuming.

They were nice and helpful, and apologetic when the service went long. It was very kind to have them not charge me! It was starting at the end, when I was already late, v to learn the car needs $3500-$4000 worth of work before winter. Maybe a follow up phone call? I will seek a second opinion, and if it is the same, I will have you all do the work.

Not sure about the car, I think he provided me a good experience. In general, Subaru’s maintenance cost is greater than Toyota. Wish it’s cheaper, why I need to do another maintenance after 5k miles? Isn’t synthic oil lasting for 10k miles?
