Service writer was pushy and rude. Didn’t want to provide what we asked for. Wanted to sell us more things even tho we said no multiple times. Seemed as he didn’t know what was supposed to be included. Car wasn’t washed as promised. Doubt I’ll be back
After telling Carson my issue, he told me to just bring it by and he would get right on it. Not only did he do just that, but he got it completed quicker than I expected. It was refreshing and great service.
