To make my experience better my simple issue would have been resolved much more quickly. As it was, it took over an hour. All personnel were extremely gracious especially the service manager.
James and his team tried very much to fix the steering issue that our Optima has.
Thomas was very helpful in getting my tire replaced and getting me on my way.
