The tow truck driver for Kia roadside service was an especially nice young man. He got there sooner than expected and took care of everything for us so we could go to our Family dinner as planned. Thomas was awesome and showed me the construction staples that have been stuck in my tire and gave me two choices on how to fix it. So far I’ve only experienced great things with **** Hannah Kia. My only regret was that I didn’t know I had no spare tire in my trunk. Other than that everything was Great.
Cassandra was able to fit my car in with very short notice. She was very professional and efficient. She is terrific.
My experience today was great. I had a lot of questions and little knowledge myself and the time was taken to answer my questions. I appreciate their patience today and prompt service.

We were charged more than we were quoted without any clarification. I was there for 5.5 hours with 3 kids, which was much longer than anticipated. I understand that we ended up needing more repairs than we originally planned, it was very frustrating however to be left in the dark during the process. There was no communication informing me of additional delays. As our first visit here it definitely left a bad impression.
James does a great job, he listens and seems to understand and answere any guestions or concerns I may have.

Interior detailing service was phenomenal however, the exterior detail could have been better. I appreciated the text messages that kept me updated on the service. Overall very pleased.
We missed the lube and oil change. Other wise, it was good. I'll check later about the lube and oil as I have free time. Not a fan of the online part of the scheduling.

Yes im okay with today's service. But when i asked about the light keeps coming on when i drive. He told me i have to set appointments to bring the car back and check

I don't like being contacted by text or email about my car. When I'm busy doing things while waiting, a phone call gets my attention. Also, someone I spoke to said he would check into a question I had and call me back in 5 minutes. I finally called **** Hannah Kia half an hour later!
