Everyone answered all my questions and showed great patience. I am elated with my Kia and I told josh I can’t wait to pay this one off and purchase a new one.
The person I dealt with was very polite and professional. No problems there at all.
One of the issues I needed addressed was a noise in the driver side of the dash that was coming from a door actuator( per my last visit to this dealership). The repair for this issue was clearly explained to me. I wasn’t charged for it, which was nice, but, the noise is still there.
