Every department I dealt with, esp. service, was helpful, courteous competent and willing to help me with any questions I had even if they may have seemed “dumb” ????. I was put off and ignored for over a month after I was persistent and calling time after time I finally got service on my car. the finishing result is great but what it took to get there was awful.

Never received a call back when left a message 2 hours earlier. I eventually had to call when I was leaving to verify a loaner car would be available and still was not able to speak to my service manager. Car was supposed to be done at 2:00-3:00 same day, but was not notified until 5:30 that the car would be ready at 8:45 the next morning. When I showed up at 9:30 the car still was not done and was sitting parked and had not had the accessories I purchased installed. I was not given a text to let me know the car would be delayed, instead I was told it would only be 10 minutes, I ended up waiting another hour and 15 minutes. It would’ve been very easy for Troy to send me a text that morning and I just would’ve came later and I had to wait in the waiting room. A bit frustrating.
