I was told that I would be waiting 1 to 1 and 1/2 hours and my oil change took more than 2 hours. No one came to check on me in that time and when it was over I didn't even get a new mileage sticker. I was told the manager that I worked with would follow up with me the next day. He still has not followed up. Also I was also supposed to get a free car wash and I did not. This is my second experience with service here and both occasions were horrible.
We really liked the attention to our concerns that we got from Josh. He took the needed time to explain what was going to be done, and what was done to our Kia Sportage! He is the kind of service person that will to yours or any Auto dealership, keep your clients happy and coming in!
