James was friendly and helpful, and me back in my car and on my way ASAP.
My service representative (James?) was fine. However, it took nearly 3 hours to complete the service, which was to be a routine oil change and check-up (5000 mile interval). I was told replacing the cabinet filter would not add to that, then I had to buy a new battery. Rather than spending 100 bucks or so, it ended up over $400! And took forever.

The problem was not solved, in fact I'm not certain it was addressed. I raised my concern briefly over the phone when the rep called me back and said nothing was wrong (with the dome light) and when I picked the car up indeed the light still did not functioning as intended. The guy who walked me out casually said they'd go ahead and order the part, but I'm not sure what's actually going on. Is a part necessary? Did anyone take the lamp out and check it at all?

Cassandra always gives me excellent service. She is prepared for me to come in and the car is finished by the time she promised. She gives me updates on the car while it is in there.
I paid for new tires and they didn't install them until I came back.
They did a great job in servicing and explanation of work done. The car was clean and shiney. Also I was helped with questions I had about the car. Overall, I’d rate the service a high number -10 - if there were a number rating.
