It took over 6 hours to get my oil change done. They said they got side tracked and forgot about my car.
At time of payment, I presented a 15% off promo from Kia. I was told that they could only do 5% because the dealer already gave 10%. I was not made aware of the 10% from the beginning. I am not saying it's false, but it's convenient.
I am almost 100% satisfied.

Cassandra did not work with us at all. the guy who sits behind her is The ones who checked us in and out. The information i was given prior to the warranty work being done was totally incorrect. The part was in-stock, which tells me this is a common occurrence. That, too, was denied. Did get a rental car at no cost. Not super impressed with Kia scheduling desk and service manager I first spoke to who not only gave me bad information, but transferred me to Toyota in Kelso to schedule an appt for Friday, but never completed the kia appt for Wednesday. Not at all impressed....

So many miscommunications - from how long it would take to fix the car to dealership employees not being able to find my car. Eventually found it but offered me someone else’s keys first. Did not wash car as promised. The only reason I would give your dealership another try at repairs is because the last person I talked to admitted what a hot mess the whole thing was and gave me a free oil change. Need to fix your communication systems

I was a little shocked by the price of the 30000 mile appt. I would have appreciated when I made the appointment they would have told me how much it was going to be. Also I paid for my car to be detailed and not everything was put back. The girl that helped me did her best to try and locate it but it was not found. If I would have been told that I would not get my stuff back I would have taken everything out of the car. Besides that the customer service was wonderful and the car looks fantastic
