The service was good and the young lady who helped me was very nice. But with the complementary wash and vacuum they didn't vacuum my car. I didn't notice it until I got home and I live out in Farview,Or so not close at all. But I did call Cassandra and she said juat bring it back in but again not to convenient. Other thanthat the experince was good.

It took 9 hours for my car to be ready AND I had an appointment.
9 hour is quite excessive for tires, oil change and inspection!

Good pleasant service. Though I wish auto service facilities would put lights back to the settings they were on when received. I didn't know my headlights were off until halfway home when someone flashed their lights at me. Yours isn't the only place this is happened to me. Thanks
