NOT sure the car damage is completely perfect but so far no issues. I liked how kind and professional the entire service staff was to me. I especially like how they solved issues about providing service car while remaining caring and professional. For example, I was concerned about the trunk of the loaner and the adviser offered excellent suggestions and let me decide. I am very happy to find a business with caring staff. I will remain a loyal customer.

Although it took longer, I am happy with the effort on trying to discover the source of the problems. I liked talking to the techician also to understand the issue more. I was surprised that the AWD disengaged at 15 mph instead of 30 listed in the manual. Hmmm

Apparently Cassandra failed to schedule my paint repair at a time when there was someone available that knew anything about paint. The gentleman that talked me into buying the touch up paint convinced me it was a simple matter for your people to touch up the scratches on the back bumper so that it would be barely noticeable. The gentleman that helped me today convinced me it was a major job and that it would look worse repaired than left alone. I left your shop today knowing that I will never return there except to terminate my lease. Roger W
