Asked for my car to be washed and it wasn’t. Appointment was at 9:30am and my service check took more than two hours, so I was without a car all day until 4:30
I get myself worked up when I have to bring my car in, I never have enjoyed the experience. Cassie is always helpful, and does a great job at easing my concerns and calms me down. I really love working with her because she always goes the extra step to help me out!
