When I make an appt. For whenever, I expect to be accepted at that time. I know it doesn't take 2-1/2 hrs for a lube & oil change. I also don't favor dealing by cell phone to pay my bill when I'm sitting in the waiting room. I"m 81 and hate computers
Otherwise things went well and peasant.
This took a long time. Much longer than I planned. Was in at 7 am and out just before 6. Cassandra was the only reason I did not get too frustrated. She was kind, professional and honest. The way she treated me was with respect and understanding and should be considered a valuable employee. Many thanks to Cassandra.

Thomas was quick to greet me upon arriving, helpful and informative throughout the process of arranging service, accommodating despite the lack of an appointment, and very astutely applied the coupon I mentioned having when the service was completed and it was time to pay the bill. My shuttle driver (Mike) arrived just as scheduled, drove very safely, was a true pleasure to talk with during the drive, insisted on driving me right to the door of my destination, and I really appreciated the genuine salutations he offered me when I was exiting the shuttle van. Finally, the complimentary wash looked great, vacuuming of interior was a welcome touch, and the work performed really seemed to make a difference driving the car immediately after picking it up. Awesome value for excellent service, please keep up the fantastic work - and thank you very much for the opportunity to provide feedback, it is very much appreciated! Cheers :)
