When I first checked the vehicle in, the girl that check me in, I didn't appreciate her attitude...
But I thought Thomas was amazing if it hadn't been for him, it would have been a bad experience...
I was promised. At time of purchase. One car wash per month. I’ve had my car serviced twice in the four months I’ve owed my 2017 Kia. Neither time did they was it. Yet it claimed they did on the paperwork both times. Since I’m impositioned for five hours. And I drive a white car. This you would think annoys customers. I’m inclined to believe. You bait and switch like every other dealer. And you are not exceptional as you claim.
Car was not washed nor was it vacuumed as stated in delivery paperwork.
Made me feel listened to and comfortable with the safety of my vehicle upon its return to me. ????
