Cassie's great I was waiting for her as she finished a phone call and the phone call I could tell was a difficult one and she maintained a smile and she retained composure and answered all the questions the person had and politely said okay call me back if you have more trouble and at the call and looked at me I could tell she was exasperated but remained her composure and handled my business cheerfully with a smile and continued on has a great deal of professionalism

I think as many times as I have been there and James has been somebody that I have worked with at least his face is really familiar to me and I've always had excellent service from him.

Cassy took good care of addressing our Sorrento problems and working with our mechanic to resolve our concerns. We will return to have the problematic door latch system replaced, in addition to brakes and other work. **** Hanna Kia is the only dealer who works on my vehicle. Thank you! CINDY H
