When I booked my apt for an oil change, I though I was being scheduled for a wait appointment. To be fair, I didn't clarify, but I did ask how long the appointment would take and was told 45 to an hour. Upon arrival it was made clear to me that I would be leaving my car. I asked how long it would take, a couple hours. I came back 4 hours later and they hadn't even started on my car yet. I asked how long of a wait and I was told 35 minutes. An hour later I finally had my car keys back. I would encourage better communication in the future when scheduling appointments and more arcuate time eatimates. Probably will not be back. Waste of my time when I have young kids with me.

It is nice of you to offer FREE car wash and vacuum... however, both the free car wash and the vacuum are about worth what I pay for them. Thank you anyway... they are better than nothing.

Woman on phone apparently didn't know how to read schedule to tell me when my family member checked out, abruptly connected ed.me to shop supervisor.
