I made my appointment for 8:30 I dropped it off at 7:30 saying I would be back before it was done I returned a little after 9 and waited at about 11:30 I received a text saying if I had any questions feel free to ask. I responded I was there waiting and wondered when it would be done. He came out at noon saying they were just starting. I was not happy at all with that I sat for a bit then went out to talk to whoever was in charge. I spoke to him and he was very apologetic checked on it and got it moving. Finally at 2:30 my cat was done. Why did I make an appointment and it not to have been started till almost noon. Also the girl who checked me I did not look me up to see that all I needed was an oil change due to my records. I am on file as you are where I bought my car and have kept current

I wish Kia would have been able to fix my tire. Instead I had to take it some place else that did fix it after my tire went completely flat.

The lady who checked me in was not helpful, or polite. She did not discuss the price of this service, and it was double the first service. The problems that did not get fixed on my 7000-mile service didn't get fixed on this visit either. I am being told the problems I am having are common. That does not make ok to sell a product that has problems that the company does not try to problem solve. I will contact other KIA service to see if I can get proper service. Also, I bring the coupon in, and they say they already discounted invoice, but it does not read that way on the invoice. Very disappointed. I really like the finance and sales people though!

Communication and helpfulness
To find out my basic warranty no longer in place and my extended warranty does not cover the $840 repair wasn’t satisfying in the least. I’ve had my car 6 yr as of last month. It has 50,000 miles on it. I’m shocked. My car is not repaired yet you still have it in your shop. It isn’t Dakota I’m disgusted with. He has been as helpful as possible. I’m told that this new replacement has 12 month warranty. I’m afraid my “new” car is already going to become a headache.
