It took way too long to get my car. While the car service of a tune up, and recall repair were done well, it took from 8 am until 5:10 pm. Then I was told I needed To wait for the car wash. 40 min later I complained about where was my car? Someone finally located it at 5:50 pm. This was a ridiculously long wait! You had my car for nearly 10 hours! Unacceptable service!

I brought the vehicle in for some warranty work, and they did not complete the work and installed the wrong parts. Then promised me that everything was done only for me to discover it was not. Once I notified staff they understood the error however they were not able to tell me how to get it fixed. I have had good experience with some but my service advisor completely fumbled and left me very unsatisfied .
