I thought the service writer was rude and condescending. “I believe in nice” didn’t fell like it.
I have brought my car in at least 4 times now for the ac to be fixed it has been out for around a year now because you guys either cannot diagnose the problem right or fix it correctly. Now you are telling me that I need to bring it in again to fix it and this time the part is not covered by warrrenty and it will cost me $600. This is now on you guys in my opinion besides the time and money I have lost bringing my car in for 4 to 5 days to get fixed and never has. And then your service guy asks me if I have thought about upgrading wrong question at the wrong time.

Your team is AWESOME! I will refer all tp your dealership. I do have one question. How the heck do you get the yellow pollen off the paint? I noticed that i have alot of this on my car.
I mistook the day for the appt. Completely my fault. They took me in and treated me very well.
Dakota was great! Easy to deal with and patient while I was explaining the issue with my car. He took care of everything quickly and I was able to get back to my regular day amazingly fast. Unfortunately we still don't know what went wrong with my car, but Dakota had great advice so I feel better knowing what to do if it ever happens again. Great job!
They found that mice had accessed my air cleaner system and stockpiled dog food in the filter under the hood and made a nest by the one in the cabin. However, the dog food has been there for 2 years. It was a brand only my mother used. I had a spare bag in my garage that the mice got into. Mom died over a year ago; I threw the dog food bag away over a year before that. This was my 52,500 Mile check. The filters should have been checked in previous services...and you do all of my service.
The tires did not come as promised for 2 visits. The lady said she could be sure exactly when the truck would deliver the tire because she had no way to contact the driver. REALLY I left and went to another tire store and bought 4 ties.
