James was friendly and made feel welcome this morning. He had a positive attitude and gave me clear explanation of the time needed for my vehicle. He arranged shuttle to Dulin's cafe on Main Street. We had a nice breakfast and then car was done. Shuttle picked us up. The whole experience was great.
Cassy was amazing and showed that she really cared about helping us to get our car back on the road! She is very friendly and helped us to get our worries taken care of and even tested the car with us to make sure it was working perfect! We will be back for all our service needs and to purchase our next car, which will be soon! Thank you for the help and thank you to Cassy for being amazing!!
Bob S and one of the managers were helpful to the extreme. Wife and I fully expected to be escorted off the lot for all the time they spent with us, but no! Most helpful salespeople we have ever encountered. Could not be more pleased.

This was my 3rd time to the service center since buying my car last year. Today was the best service I've received since buying the car.
You guys as usual were very friendly and helpful .
Service was great and James was kind, efficient and polite. I am just not sure why my vehicle was not washed, as I was under the impression that a wash after service was standard procedure. I did not ask, as I did not have time to wait, but if the vehicle is there for 24hrs, it would seem that there was time for a wash.
I had my appointment set for 3:30pm, for an oil change only. I did not get out of the dealership till 525. The visits I’ve had in the past have never taken this long, and that’s not the issue, as I know things happen and that’s life. It’s as if the person helping me didnt seek to care. I got no mileage sticker on my car yet along no top off for windshield wiper fluid and no mention of a car wash, or asking thereof, which upon when I called back did I discover that as of recently it is no longer being performed . I feel as if it was just a rush job and although through all of that at least make sure everything is done . I am not happy whatsoever
Answered all my questions, called me back in a timely matter, resolved any issues, friendly, very happy with the service.
Dakota was very professional and my service was finished quickly.
I was disappointed that I could not get my car washed today. Will you stop offering that service? Can you at least wash the cars without soap?
