I’m thankful that KIA keeps replacing my catalytic converter on my car, but I would appreciate it if the problem of the weld breaking on was fixed so that I don’t have to continue to bring it in for the same issue

This is the second time i’ve worked with Cassandra, and each time i’ve Found her to be very professional and knowledgeable. But what I like most is her positive, upbeat personality! And,although she appears to be very busy, she takes the time to listen and address the customer’s needs. She is a pleasure to work with, and a great representative for your company!

My service manager was great; it's the people doing the service I have a couple of complaints about. However, I had my car detailed and when I got home the passenger car seat cover was loosely attached and when I pulled it off to reinstall it, it was loaded with crumbs and dirt on the crease of the seat. So then I pulled out the shop vac, finished it, and realized that under the front seats was not exactly cleaned up well, so I vacummed those better, and then I had to vacuum out the door cup holders and clean them with handiwipes. All in all, I spent an additional 25 mins cleaning up after the full service detail. Oh, and the glove box was not cleaned up though it was empty other than a few napkins.
Also, a few months ago, I brought my car in to be aligned - which happened (on a friday). And on Monday AM I was driving to work after feeling like all weekend my car was driving weird, and I had to cancel my morning at work bc I nearly drove off the road and realized my steering wheel was off by about 30 degrees. They re-did the alignment, and when I went in for the detail (and oil change, tire rotation) I asked to have them look at it again bc it still felt a little off. When I picked the car up my service manager said that it was still off a bit and they fixed that again. That was only a couple of months between the services and all I do is drive on the highway to work.
So, I'm beginning to feel a bit skeptical about the attention to detail my car is getting. I figure this is important to share. I'm pretty easy going but when I spend that much money, I should not need to break out my own shop vac 20 mins after leaving **** Hannah, nor should it take 3 times to get the car aligned correctly.

I wish they had been able to wash my car. If the car wasn't ready, then they should have waited to call. Every thing else was fine.
