My vehicle was not washed nor vacuumed. This option was not even offered to me. I figured i am going to pay 200+ dollars on a service that should at least be offered to me.

When I called to make my appointment I told the woman I spoke too!!! That I would be wait in the waiting room for my car. She put down on the schedule that I was dropping it off, so that just caused my waiting time to be longer. I was not happy!!! Then James the service manager did help get my car put through quicker than a drop off. ????

Pretty easy. Particularly since I was a day early for my appointment, they were able to accommodate me and get the car serviced. Kept in touch by phone and messaging me with updates.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the service. They got me in and out faster than I was initially told, so that made me happy. The only thing I was disappointed about is that I asked to have the car washed. It was even noted on the paperwork, but did not happen. It’s hard for me to get there during the week so this was a good time to have it done and it didn’t get done. That is my only complaint.

When I scheduled my vehicle for a factory recall last week they didn't check to see if they had the the parts in stock unfortunate I have to reschedule another appointment

I got my car in right away and was taken care of promptly. I spoke to two people and they offered excellent customer service. I was notified of the progress in my vehicle and if there anything else needed. I didn’t feel pressured to buy the filter but told about it. I was notified that my vehicle was ready sooner than I expected and when I arrived my car was retrieved quickly and I was on my way! Great experience
