It is very difficult to communicate directly with people. The express pay was great but then I almost didnt get a shuttle ride because it was so late. I expect more for the money I paid. Cassy did a great job. It's the process that needs tweaking.

From the first time we met her it felt like we’ve always known her. She always made us feel comfortable and tell us what we need to know right away. She’s fast, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. She knows who we are every time we come in and to us that’s huge.

Always a pleasurable experience here. I stopped going to other oil change and service centers as I found **** Hanna service to be no hassle and always friendly with out someone trying to push me into unnecessary parts and repairs just so they can make an extra buck. I bought my car here and was happy with tbat experiance and I will continue to have it repaired or serviced there.Cassandra kept me notified as to the service being completed and kept me in the loop as so I didnt feel like I wasn't important like other service centers made me feel.

My service rep, Cassie was awesome. But it seems that Kia Service no longer provides the vaccum/car wash. Although a simple thing, it really puts the cherry on top for how you get your vehicle back. It does state in the description of services to test drive and send to be washed. That never happened.
